6.23    Sec. 5. BOND SALE AUTHORIZATION.

6.26$221,322,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect prescribed by Minnesota
6.27Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI,
6.28sections 4 to 7.

6.29    Sec. 6. EFFECTIVE DATE.
6.30    Except as otherwise provided, this act is effective the day following final enactment."
