MINUTES


Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00pm on March 12, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

HF 927 (Koegel) Manufactured home certificates of title governing provisions modified.

Vice Chair Koegel moved that HF 927 be referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.

Vice Chair Koegel moved that the H0927A1 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
