PUBLIC SAFETY AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Frazier, Vice Chair of the Committee on Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:00 AM on March 25th, 2022, pursuant to House Rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Johnson moved that the minutes of March 24th, 2022, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines Commission gave an information budget presentation.

The Peace Officer Standards and Training Board gave an information budget presentation.

Testifying:
• Mike Meehan, Assistant Director, POST.


The Private Detectives Board gave an information budget presentation.

• Hugo McPhee, Executive Director, Board of Private Detectives.


The meeting adjourned at 11:20 AM
