Representative Lillie, Chair of the Legacy Finance Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:01 P.M. on March 19, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative JORDAN moved to approve the minutes from March 17, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF488 (Agbaje); African American arts and cultural program grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative LILLIE moved that HF488 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative LILLIE moved to adopt an amendment to HF488, the DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
