MINUTES

Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 10:30 A.M.

Rep. Howard moved approval of the Minutes from Thursday, March 11th. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

HF 1901 (Olson) One Roof Community Housing to build two dormitory-style building to house individuals experiencing homelessness funding provided, report required, and money appropriated.

Rep. Olson moved that House File 1901 be laid over.

Rep. Olson moved the A1 author’s amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDEMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hausman moved the A4 author’s amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Reyer moved the A1-1 authors amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
