Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Behavioral Health Policy Division, and pursuant to House rule 10.01, called the remote meeting to order at 8:30 am on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. The meeting was broadcast live via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll.

Representative Franke moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting from Wednesday, March 10, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF2011 (Kotyza-Witthuhn) – Intensive nonresidential rehabilitative mental health service eligibility, training, and service requirements modified.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved that House File 2011 be recommended for referral to the Human Services Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn presented the bill.
