MINUTES


Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Behavioral Health Policy Division, and pursuant to House rule 10.01, called the remote meeting to order at 8:30 am on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. The meeting was broadcast live via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting from Wednesday, March 17, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Department of Human Services (DHS) presented updates on the implementation of new laws from 2021 and to preview their 2022 legislative agenda. Presenters included the following:

Kristy Graume, Director of Legislative and External Affairs, Community Supports Administration, DHS
Neerja Singh, Behavioral Health Clinical Director, DHS



The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 am.
