HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Kristin Bahner, Vice Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on February 24, 2022, remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Boldon moved that the minutes from February 23, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3199 (Reyer) Personal assistance services provided by parents of minor children and spouses hour limit increased.
Vice Chair Bahner moved the A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Vice Chair Bahner laid HF3199 over, as amended for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy Omnibus bill.
HF2721 (Lippert) Community first services and supports payment rates modified relating to human services.
Testifiers:

• Greg Stoltz, Parent Advocate

Vice Chair Bahner laid HF2721 over for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy Omnibus bill.
Lead Albright moved to rerefer HF2721 to the Ways and Means Committee.
Lead Albright requested a roll call vote.
Vice Chair Bahner stated a roll call vote would be taken. The results were as follows:

Vice Chair Bahner laid HF2721 over for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy Omnibus bill.
HF3471 (Moller) Human services provision in community supports modified.
Representative Moller moved the A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Vice Chair Bahner laid HF 3471 over, as amended for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy Omnibus Bill.
HF3392 (Moller) Council on Disability funding provided, and money appropriated.
