MINUTES

Representative Tina Liebling, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Health Finance and Policy Committee meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on March 25, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg, Chair of the Preventative Health Policy Division, moved to adopt DIVH3862CR1, the Division Report on HF3862. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE REPORT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Boldon moved that HF3862 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Representative Boldon moved the H3862DE4 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Reyer moved that HF3636, as amended by the H3636A1 Amendment adopted on March 14, 2022, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
