HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES NINETY-SECOND SESSION

COMMERCE FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE

Representative Zack Stephenson, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:01 PM on February 16th, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on February 9th, 2022. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2915 (Poston); Ectodermal dysplasias treatment coverage required.

Representative Stephenson moved HF2915 be recommended to be re-referred to the Health Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Stephenson moved the HF2915A22 (Poston) amendment. THE MOTION
PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Stephenson moved HF2758 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
