CAPITAL INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Fue Lee, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on February 18, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services, Facebook Live, and YouTube live streaming.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Murphy moved to approve the minutes from February 16, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Minnesota State presented its Higher Education Asset Preservation and Replacement report and 2021 capital budget request.

Representative Lillie assumed the gavel at 9:03 A.M.

Chair Lee assumed the gavel at 9:07 A.M.

University of Minnesota presented its Higher Education Asset Preservation and Replacement report and 2021 capital budget request.
