MINUTES
Representative Considine, Chair of the Corrections Division, called the meeting to order at 8:07 A.M. on February 19th, 2020, in Room 10 of the State Office Building
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Vice Chair Wolgamott moved the minutes from March 13th, 2019 be adopted. MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Wolgamott assumed chair at 8:08 A.M.
HF 2010 (Considine) Local correctional officer discipline procedures act established.
Chair Wolgamott moved that HF2010 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Chair Considine reassumed chair at 8:29
HF 1205 (Johnson) Inmate convicted of Department of Corrections employee assault has good time earned eliminated.
Rep. Johnson presented the bill.
Chair Considine moved that amendment H1205A1 be adopted. Amendment was adopted.
Chair moved to lay over HF1205, as amended, for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
