MINUTES

Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 12:50 P.M. on January 17th, 2019, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Edelson moved that the minutes of the January 16th, 2019 meeting be approved.

John Harrington, Commissioner of Public Safety, introduced himself.
