Representative Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lesch began the meeting at 9:45 a.m. A quorum was present.

Representative Bahr moved the minutes from April 3, 2019 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 2705 (Lesch) A bill for an act relating to judiciary; appropriating money for courts, human rights, Guardian Ad Litem Board, Uniform Laws Commission, Board on Judicial Standards, and Board of Public Defense
