MINUTES
Representative Tim Mahoney, Chair of the Jobs and Economic Development Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:01 AM on February 27, 2020 in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Stephenson moved the minutes of February 25, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF3600 (Noor) New American workforce training funding provided, and money appropriated.
Rep. Noor moved that HF 3600 be taken up.
Rep. Mahoney moved that HF 3600 be layed over.
