HIGHER EDUCATION FINANCE AND POLICY DIVISION

MINUTES

Representative Pryor, Vice Chair of the Higher Education Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 2:35 P.M. on February 27, 2019, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Vang moved that the minutes of February 26, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The Office of Higher Education gave their presentation on the Governor’s budget, the MN Reconnect Program, Design Ready Controls, and the Intervention for College Attendance Program.
