MINUTES

Representative Tina Liebling, Chair of the Division, called the virtual Health and Human Services Finance Division meeting to order at 12:46 P.M. on April 16, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cantrell moved that the minutes of February 27, 2020, March 3, 2020 and March 4, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Dan Huff, Assistant Commissioner, Health Protection Bureau, Minnesota Department of Health, gave an update on COVID-19 testing.
