MINUTES

Representative Liebling, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 8:09 A.M. on April 5, 2019 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

services administered programs forecasted appropriations adjusted.

Chair Liebling moved that the A19-0349 amendment to HF2414 be adopted and that HF2414 as amended be re-referred to Ways and Means.

Chair Liebling moved the HF2414A10 Amendment. She then incorporated an oral amendment as follows:

Page 6, After Line 12, insert: Page 730, Delete section 68. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT, WITH THE ORAL AMENDMENT INCORPORATED, WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Halverson moved the H2414A14 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Olson moved the A19-0431 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Moran moved the H2414A44 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Halverson moved the H2414A11-1 amendment.

Representative Munson moved an oral amendment to the H2414A11-1 amendment as follows:

Page 1, Line 19, delete “carrying”

Chair Liebling ruled the amendment out of order.

Representative Halverson renewed her motion to adopt the H2414A11-1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
