MINUTES

Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Energy and Climate Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 9:46 A.M. on, March 19, 2019, in room 120 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

Representative Long moved adoption of the March 14, 2019 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF2126 (Carlson) - Net zero emissions project established, report required, and money appropriated.

Chair Wagenius moved that HF 2126 be laid over for possible inclusion.

HF2022 (Bierman) - Electric vehicle charging stations installation in state parks required, and money appropriated.

Representative Bierman moved that HF 2022 be laid over for possible inclusion.

Representative Bierman moved the HF2022A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Swedzinski moved the HF2022A2 amendment.

Representative Swedzinski moved the HF2022A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Swedzinski moved an oral amendment to HF2022A2 as follows: Page 1, lines 3 & 5, after “served” insert “with electricity”. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.

Representative Swedzinski moved the HF2022A2 amendment, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Wagenius laid over HF 2022, as amended, for possible inclusion.


HF2358 (Christensen) - Solar photovoltaic device installation in state parks funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Christensen moved that HF 2358 be laid over for possible inclusion.

Representative Christensen moved the HF2358A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Swedzinski moved the HF2358A3 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL AND THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Chair Wagenius laid over HF 2358, as amended, for possible inclusion.
