MINUTES

Representative Jeanne Poppe, Chair of the Division, called the virtual meeting to order at 9:45AM on May 5th, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via UberConference and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Brand moved the minutes from April 30th, 2020.

The motion prevailed.

Chair Poppe moved HF 4490 in front of the division

Chair Poppe moved the H4490DE1 amendment to HF 4490.

Chair Poppe moved the H4490A2 amendment to the H4490DE1 amendment for approval.

Chair Poppe incorporated the following changes to the H4490A2 amendment:

Page 1, after line 2, insert:
“Page 1, line 8, delete “4,046,000” and insert “4,036,000
Page 2, line 27, delete “$100,000” and insert “$90,000””

Page 1, line 18, delete “7,558,000” and insert “7,568,000”
Page 1, line 19, delete “$317,000” and insert “$318,000”

Chair Poppe renewed her motion to approve the H4490A2 amendment to the H4490DE1 amendment with the incorporated changes.

The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted.

Chair Poppe moved the H4490DE1 amendment as amended for approval.

The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted.

Chair Poppe moved that HF 4490 as amended be recommended to be referred to Ways and Means Committee.

Chair Poppe renewed her motion that HF 4490 as amended be recommended to be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Lippert moved that HF 4599 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.
