MINUTES

Representative Jeanne Poppe, member of the Division, called the meeting to order at 9:45 AM on March 10th, 2020, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Brand moved the minutes from March 7th, 2020.

The motion prevailed.

Representative Lippert moved that HF 3558 be recommended to be referred to the Committee on Government Operations.

Representative Lippert moved the H3558A1 amendment for approval.

The motion prevailed.

Testimony provided by:

Representative Lippert renewed his motion that that HF 3558 as amended be recommended to be referred to the Committee on Governmental Operations.

The motion prevailed.

Representative Wazlawik moved that HF 4003 be laid over for future consideration.

Representative Wazlawik renewed her motion that HF 4003 be laid over for future consideration.

Vice Chair Brand assumed the gavel at 10:10AM

Representative Poppe moved that HF 3991 be laid over for future consideration.

Representative Poppe renewed her motion that HF 3991 be laid over for future consideration.

Chair Poppe reassumed the gavel at 10:14AM.

Chair Poppe moved HF 4285 in front of the division.

Chair Poppe moved the H4285A1 amendment to HF 4285.
