PROPERTY AND LOCAL TAX DIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES


Representative Loeffler, Chair of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 6:47 PM on March 20, 2019, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Vang moved that the minutes of March 18, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Carlson moved that HF 552 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Carlson moved the DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Schultz presented HF 552.

Rep. Carlson renewed his motion that HF 552 be laid over as amended for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Her moved that HF 834 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Lesch presented HF 834.

Rep. Sandstede presented HF 1259.

Rep. Carlson renewed his motion that HF 1259 be laid over as amended for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Huot moved that HF 1280 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Becker-Finn presented HF 1280.

Rep. Vang moved the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
