Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on, Tuesday, April 9, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 2400 (Davnie) Omnibus E-12 finance bill

Chair Marquart moved that HF 2400 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

HF 2208 (Mahoney) Omnibus jobs and economic development finance bill

Representative Marquart moved HF 2208 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Marquart moved the H2208A33 amendment.

Representative Davids requested a roll call vote.

The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll.
