MINUTES

Representative Rena Moran, Chair of the Health and Human Services Policy Committee, called the virtual Committee meeting to order at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast live via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Morrison moved to adopt the minutes from Wednesday, April 22, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The Chair moved that HF3104 be recommended for placement on the General Register.

The Chair moved the A20-0745 delete-all amendment.

The Chair moved the A-11 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Schultz moved the A-2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Edelson moved the A-5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Morrison moved the A7-1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Kiel moved the A-6 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Schomacker moved the A-9 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Pinto moved the A-13 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The Chair renewed the motion that the A20-0745 amendment, as amended, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The Chair renewed the motion that HF3104, as amended, be recommended for placement on the General Register.
