MINUTES

Representative Moran, Chair of the Health and Human Services Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:34 PM on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Freiberg moved to adopt the minutes from February 13, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Rep. Schultz moved HF90 be recommended to be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division.
