MINUTES

Representative Persell, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:53 am on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Claflin moved that the minutes of March 12, 2019 be approved THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Lueck moved that HF1509 be brought off the table. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Brand withdrew HF1509.

Representative Persell moved to refer HF1963 to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Winkler presented HF1963.
