Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, called the tenth meeting to order at 1:01 P.M. on Tuesday, February 7th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Johnson moved to approve the minutes of February 2nd, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Review of 2016 Legislative Auditor Program Evaluation on Minnesota Department of Transportation Highway Project Selection Process.
David Kirchener, Program Evaluator, State of Minnesota Legislative Auditors Office.
Presentation on Minnesota Department of Transportation’s response to the Legislative Audit.
Mark Gieseke, Director of Transportation System Management, Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Representative Petersburg assumed the gavel at 2:06 P.M.
Representative Torkelson reassumed the gavel at 2:09 P.M.
Overview on how Minnesota Department of Transportation bids projects including
Peter Davich, Design-Build Program Manager, Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:47 P.M.
