MINUTES

Representative Drazkowski, Chair of the Property Tax and Local Government Finance Committee, officially called the meeting to order at 8:17am on March 28th, 2018, in room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Erickson moved the minutes from March 21st, 2018 be approved. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

HF4029 (Kiel) Transportation wetland aid provisions modified.

Representative Neu moved that HF4029 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Neu renewed her motion that HF4029 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3501 (Anderson, P.) Tax-forfeited land sale documentation modified.

Representative Anderson, P. moved that HF3501 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Anderson, P. renewed his motion that HF3501 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Anderson, P. moved that HF3349 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF3410 (Davids) Individual income and corporate franchise, sales and use, tobacco, property, and other miscellaneous tax provisions technical and clarifying changes made.
