Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 AM, March 28, 2017 in the Basement of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Quam moved the minutes from March 27, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Anderson moved that HF 691 DE-Amendment come back before the committee.
Representative Anderson moved the A6 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Nash moved the A4 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Anderson moved the A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Dettmer moved the A2 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Omar moved the A5 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
Representative Flanagan moved the A3 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
Representative Anderson moved the following oral amendment: On page 11, line 26 before Minnesota, insert “Association of”. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Anderson moved that HF 691 DE-Amendment come before the committee.
