MINUTES

Representative Peppin, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:14 P.M. on April 25, 2018, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Peppin called the meeting to order at 12:14 P.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Baker moved that the minutes of April 24, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Peppin moved that 2018-R16-2, the House Policy Against Discrimination and Harassment be adopted.

Ben Weeks, Legislative Analyst, Minnesota House of Representatives Research Department, explained the revisions to the House Policy Against Discrimination and Harassment.

Representative Peppin renewed her motion that 2018-R16-2 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Peppin moved that 2018-R17, Resolution on Workplace Safety and Respect be adopted.

Ben Weeks, Legislative Analyst, Minnesota House of Representatives Research Department, gave an overview of the Resolution on Workplace Safety and Respect.

Representative Peppin renewed her motion that 2018-R17 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Pugh moved that 2018-R18-1, Resolution on Waiver of Dates be adopted.

Pat McCormack, Director, Minnesota House of Representatives Research Department, gave an overview of the Resolution on Wavier of Dates.

Representative Pugh renewed her motion that 2018-R18-1 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Nash moved the 2018 Personnel Reports: Appointments, Terminations, and Change in Status, be approved.

Kelly Knight, Director, Minnesota House of Representatives Human Resources Department, explained the Personnel Reports.

Representative Nash renewed his motion that the 2018 Personnel Reports be approved.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:38 P.M.
