Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the fifteenth meeting to order at 10:18 A.M. on February 14, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Franke moved that the minutes of the February 9, 2017 meeting be approved.
