Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Job Growth & Energy Affordability Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:59 PM on Tuesday, February 14, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

HF468 (Cornish) Madelia; public infrastructure repair and replacement funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Thissen moved HF468 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Brent Christensen, Madelia Area Redevelopment Corporation; testified on HF468.
