Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Policy, began the meeting at 10:15AM on March 3rd, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair O’Driscoll started the meeting to order at 9:03AM. A quorum was not present.

Representative Urdahl testified regarding HF149.

HF149 (Urdahl) County law library allowed to transfer money to the county for construction costs.

Chair O’Driscoll moved that HF149 come before the committee.

Representative Freiberg moved to approve the minutes of March 2nd. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1855 (Quam) Clean water fund data availability provisions references changed, and Office of MN.IT Services name changed.

Representative Quam moved that HH1855 come before the committee and be re-referred to the State Government Finance Committee.

HF792 (Theis) Townhouse definition modified.

Representative Theis moved that HF792 come before the committee and be re-referred General Register.

Representative Pugh moved that HF1285 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the Government Operations and Elections Policy omnibus bill.
