Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 AM on March 29, 2018, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Hansen moved the approval of the March 27, 2018 minutes, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4269 (Torkelson) Clean water fund money appropriated.
Representative Torkelson moved HF4269 be re-referred to the Legacy Funding Finance Committee.
