MINUTES

Representative Sondra Erickson, Chair of the Education Innovation Policy Committee, began the meeting and officially called the meeting to order at 8:16 AM on March 13, 2018, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Christensen moved approval of the minutes from the March 8, 2018 meeting with a technical correction. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Bahr moved to re-refer HF 3370 to the committee on Civil Law.

Representative Bahr moved amendment H3370A1. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
