MINUTES

Representative Peggy Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:20 AM, on March 23rd, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Vogel moved to approve the minutes of March 16th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF990 (Scott) DWI forfeiture Law application prohibited for motor vehicles operated by persons who enter the ignition interlock program.

Representative Scott moved that HF990 be referred to the General Register.

Representative Scott moved the HF990DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Scott moved the HF990A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Scott recessed the committee at 8:31AM.

Representative Scott reconvened the committee at 8:38AM.

Representative Scott renewed her motion that HF990 as amended be referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:42 AM.
