MINUTES

Representative Tim Kelly, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the thirty-sixth meeting to order at 12:50 PM on April 6, 2016 in the Basement of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
