TRANSPORTATION POLICY AND FINANCE COMMITTEE
MINUTES

Representative Tim Kelly, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, began the twenty-third meeting at 12:13 p.m. on April 8, 2015, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Kelly called the meeting to order at 12:13 p.m. A quorum was present.

Representative Petersburg moved to approve the minutes of March 25, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Petersburg assumed the gavel at 12:15 p.m.

HF4 (Kelly): Transportation Department required to implement efficiencies; highway, road, and bridge funding provided for construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation; and money appropriated.

Chair Kelly moved to recommend that HF4 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Kelly moved the H0004DE2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Kelly testified on HF4.

Andrew Lee, House Fiscal Analyst, gave an overview of the fiscal implications of HF4, as amended.

Matthew Burress, House Research Analyst, testified on HF4, as amended.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
