Representative Davids, Chair of the Tax Committee, began the meeting at 12:00 P.M. on April 15th, 2015, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davids began the meeting at 12:00 P.M. A quorum was NOT present.
A quorum was present at 12:08 P.M. and the meeting was called to order.
Representative Simonson moved to approve the minutes from April 14th, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Garofalo moved that HF843 come before the committee.
HF843 Garofalo: Job Growth & Energy Affordability Omnibus Policy and Finance bill.
Representative Garofalo moved that the H0843A56 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Garofalo and Paul Cumings of the Minnesota Department of Revenue testified on HF843, first engrossment.
Representative Garofalo moved that HF843, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Ways & Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
