MINUTES
Representative Davids, Chair of the Tax Committee, began the meeting at 11:30 A.M. on April 22nd, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davids began the meeting at 11:30 A.M. and the meeting was called to order.
Representative Simonson moved to approve the minutes from April 21st, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Davids moved that HF303 come before the committee.
HF303 Urdahl: Minnesota Historical Society funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Davids moved that the H0303A22 amendment come before the committee.
Representative Davids moved to strike lines 1.4-1.6 from the H0303A22 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Davids moved that the H0303A22 amendment, as amended, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Davids moved that HF303, as amended, be referred to the committee on Ways & Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
