Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, began the meeting at 11:04 A.M. on February 16, 2016, at the Coon Rapids VFW Post 9625.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Helen Roberts, Fiscal Analyst, gave a presentation of the general fund appropriations for the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs.
