MINUTES

Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:14 A.M. on April 9, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 8:14 A.M. A quorum was present.

Vice-Chair Howe moved that HF1190 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.

HF1190 (Kresha) - Minnesota Military Museum funding provided, and money appropriated.

Vice-Chair Howe renewed the motion that HF1190 be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Dettmer moved that HF1261 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.

HF1261 (Kresha) - State agency rulemaking regulated, and rules having substantial economic impact provided process requirements.

Representative Dettmer renewed the motion that HF1261 be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Anderson moved that HF1353 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.


HF1353 (Laine) - Minnesota ethnic councils governing laws revised.

Representative Laine moved the H1353A6 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
