MINUTES

Representative Sanders, Chair of the Government Operations and Election Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:21 AM on March 23, 2016 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Pugh moved to approve the minutes from March 22, 2016.

HF3209 (Hackbarth) Adoption of rules limiting use of lead shot prohibited.

HF2843 (Hackbarth) Northern pike management provided, and rulemaking and report required.

Chair Sanders moved to place HF2843 on the General Register.

THE MOTION PREVAILED

HF1520 (Hoppe) Legislative Coordinating Commission provisions changed, and retirement plan coverage for part-time legislative employees clarified.

Chair Sanders moved to amend HF1520 (See attached amendment H1520A1)

THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Chair Sanders moved to place HF1520, as amended, on the General Register.

HF1769 (Swedzinski) Notice of proposed ordinances affecting business licenses required.
