MINUTES

Representative Sanders, Chair of the Government Operations and Election Policy, called the meeting to order at 11:36 AM on March 10, 2015 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Pugh moved to approve the minutes from March 5, 2015.

THE MOTION PREVAILED

HF 18 (Kahn) MNsure law exemptions relating to the office of Minnesota Information Technologies services removed.
The following testified on HF 18:
Phyllis Kahn – State Representative
Rick Heller – Individual
John Eichten – Minnesota Information Technologies Government Relations Director

Representative Nelson moved HF 18 be re-referred to State Government Finance.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:52 AM.
