MINUTES

Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, began the meeting at 2:47 PM on March 22, 2016 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davids moved to approve the minutes of March 16, 2016. THE MOTION PREVAILED.



HF2995 (O'Neill)
Employment agents, construction codes and licensing, and combative sports modified; and housekeeping changes made.

Chair Hoppe moved that HF2995 be re-referred to the Jobs Growth and Energy Affordability Committee.
