MINUTES

Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:00 AM on April 17, 2015 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Sanders moved to approve the minutes of April 8, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2193 (Albright)
Workers' compensation advisory council recommendations regarding inpatient hospital payments adopted.

Chair Hoppe moved that HF2193 be re-referred to the Rules Committee.
