MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on March, 24th, 2015, in the Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Scott called the meeting to order at 8:16 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Pinto moved the minutes of March 19th, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Scott moved that HF1935 be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Crime Prevention.

Chair Scott moved the HF1935DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Available testifiers for HF1935: Representative Steve Green, Representative Susan Allen, Rebecca St. George, Dr. Andrew Baker, Philip Prokopowicz, Jason Atkins, and Gail Kulick.

At 9:16 A.M. Representative Smith assumed the gavel.

Representative Smith renewed the motion that HF1935 as amended be re-referred to the
Committee on Public Safety and Crime Prevention. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Hoppe moved that HF1793 be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.

Available testifiers for HF1793: Representative Bob Loonan and Tom DiPasquale.

Representative Hoppe renewed his motion that HF1793 be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Smith moved that HF1972 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Smith moved the HF1972A-15 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Available testifiers for HF1972: Representative Joe Schomaker.

Representative Smith renewed his motion that HF1972 as amended be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
