Representative Carlson, Chair of the Ways and Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:05 A.M. on Thursday, May 2, 2013, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Nelson presented HF950, Fourth Engrossment (Nelson) Family child care providers and individual providers of direct support services collective bargaining authorized, and Quality Self-Directed Services Workforce created.

Chair Carlson moved to amend the proposed Amendment H0950A72. (See attached Amendment
