MINUTES

Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:34 AM on Monday, May 12, 2014, in Room 118 in the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.



Representative Murphy moved to strike HF 2491 and HF 2031 from the Calendar for the Day for today, Monday, May 12, 2014.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.



Representative Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Wdnesday, May 14, 2014 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED



Representative Benson moved approval of the Friday, May 9, 2014 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.



Representative Murphy moved that rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived and that HF 3302 (Freiberg) be re-referred to the General Register.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.




The committee recessed at 10:56 AM.


The committee did not reconvene therefore adjourned at the end of the legislative day.
