MINUTES

Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:40 AM on Thursday, May 16, 2013, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative John Benson moved approval of the Wednesday, May 15, 2013 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.


Chair Erin Murphy moved that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived and that HF 1214 be passed and sent to the General Register.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.


The committee recessed at 8:45 AM.


The committee reconvened at 10:07 AM


Chair Erin Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Saturday, May 18, 2013 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Chair Erin Murphy moved approval of 2013-R14, Resolution on Waiver of Dates.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.



The committee recessed at 10:11 AM.


The committee did not reconvene therefore adjourned at the end of the legislative day.
